Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic Senior Digital Specialist (up to £40,000 + Benefits) to join a growing online retailer in Northants.
Working with a passionate & talented Head of Digital this is an opportunity for the right person to grow within the role and be on a well-resourced and innovative digital growth journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopify website.
- Develop and execute a trading calendar in collaboration with the category team.
- Implement merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions.
- Continuously analyse sales data and customer behaviour to optimise product placements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quarterly digital marketing plans across web, email, SEO/SEM, affiliate and social (paid & organic) in collaboration with external agencies.
- Lead organic social media campaigns.
- Run Klaviyo or other email marketing tools.
- Collaborate with and manage media agencies.
- Assist with website optimisation efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams and UX/development agency.
- Analyse campaign performance through GA4.
The role is working in the office 4 or 5 days a week.
