Proximity provides a competitive percentage rate in addition to a candidate’s hourly/day rate to support our clients quickly & effectively.
Proximity are a Marketing & Digital specialist who provide services across B2B and B2C industries and all sectors. A flexible recruiter we can tailor your process to suit your needs including strategically head-hunting from competitors or searching from outside the industry for new, culturally correct talent.
Proximity’s fee structure has been created with the customer at its heart. The permanent fee will be a competitive percentage rate of the placed candidate’s first annual salary.
Proximity prides itself on our effective & fair Retained Recruitment Service. In this risk-free agreement, we require a 20% refundable deposit for this service; this commitment towards our partnership will result in Proximity prioritising your recruitment project over others. If the project is unsuccessful the deposit will be returned.
