CRM & Customer Data Manager

Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic CRM & Customer Data Manager (£50,000 + Bonus + Benefits) for a national, leisure business based in Hertfordshire to manage their CRM & take the data driven strategies to a new level as the firm continues to grow.

This role has flexibility to work one day a week from home.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Manage all aspects of the Customer Data Platform (Bloomreach) to ensure the system is optimised and data is maintained to the highest quality.
  • Maintain existing and develop new data feeds into the Customer Data Platform via data integrations (working with partners where necessary), and owning the quality assurance process for data coming into and out of the CDP, including cleansing, data capture and segmentation enhancements.
  • Develop data-driven strategies for acquisition and retention, based upon best practice combined with robust test and learn strategies, across creatives and channels.
  • Develop and refine the marketing communications journeys for customers joining the database from different entry routes (source, brands etc).
  • Set up, deliver, optimise, report on and analyse the results for CRM marketing campaigns (emails, sms etc) including email marketing best practices, maintaining the highest quality of design and brand standards.
  • Set up, deliver and maintain campaign, weekly and monthly campaign reporting and data analysis, identifying trends, campaign learnings and ongoing recommendations to improve email performance.
  • Agency management.
  • Line management of CRM Executive.
  • Lead on GDPR best practice for the Marketing department.
  • Manage monthly CRM budgets.
  • Manage and report on KPI goals in line with targets.
