Q.Why Proximity?

With Proximity you will be partnering with a Marketing & Digital Recruitment specialist. We understand the market and will listen to your individual needs, supporting your career effectively. We will be able to recommend not just appropriate job descriptions but also cultures to find your closest fit. We provide CV Advice, Interview Preparation, CIM guidance & Professional Branding Advice (Linkedin) within our service to you.

Q.Are there any fees?

No. You will never be charged for any services.

Q.What will the communication be like?

You will partner with your consultant to devise a communication plan to keep in touch effectively; this could be a catch-up call every 2 weeks or an email update every 10 days whatever works for you as a team.

Q.What process should I expect?

The process typically starts with the submission of your CV. From there you can expect a call if you are suitable for the position you’ve applied to. If you aren’t suitable for the role on this occasion you will be kept in mind for future opportunities. We will then strive to meet you before presenting your application to the client. Through the client’s interview process you’ll be supported with meeting preparation, continued communication, constructive feedback and offer negotiation advice.

Q.Do we keep in touch after I’ve found a new position?

Absolutely. The creation and retention of long-term partnerships is critical to us and so we want to be approachable should you need us again. Our main aim is to ensure you receive an excellent service that encourages you to engage us on future recruitment plans either personally or to build your own team.
