As the company continues to grow, they're looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of its brand and marketing function – leading strategy, content, campaigns, and digital activity.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Strategy
- Lead the marketing strategy across two premium brands, with support from the MD
- Shape and strengthen brand positioning across heritage, luxury, and sustainability
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
Content & Campaigns
- Develop and own a content calendar that tells the story of the business
- Create or manage compelling content across portfolio showcases, project updates, team stories, and client testimonials
- Support events, campaigns, and other brand-building initiatives
Digital Marketing
- Oversee website content, SEO optimisation, and landing page creation
- Manage and grow the brand’s LinkedIn presence
- Launch and monitor basic paid social campaigns when required
Collateral & Events
- Create a suite of materials including brochures, decks, hoarding boards, and branded assets
- Support the coordination of events, award submissions, and press outreach
- Liaise with external partners including designers, videographers, and print suppliers
Team & Project Management
- Manage freelance creatives across design, copy, and video
- Track and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights
- Provide regular updates to the MD on progress and priorities
