Are you a data-savvy analyst ready to turn insight into impact? We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our clients growing team in Northampton.
In this role, you’ll work across departments to analyse business performance, lead reporting via visualisation tools, and shape data strategy using SQL. You’ll turn raw data into actionable insights that influence key decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Extract and analyse data using SQL

Create reports and dashboards using tools

Present insights to senior leadership

Maintain and improve data quality and governance

Support strategic decisions across sales, marketing, and ops
What We’re Looking For:

Strong SQL and data visualisation skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

Great communicator with attention to detail

CRM experience
