Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic Solutions Architect (competitive £££ package) to join a thriving, innovative financial services business in Northampton. 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home.
This role will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing technical solutions & getting stuck into the development/implementation of the technical solutions. You will be number 2 within the tech department & work closely with the Head of Tech of business critical projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Scope, design & implement technical solutions utilising the firm's tech stack.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes, improve CRM functionalities & general system workflows.
- Use SQL to develop & generate reports, dashboards, & visualisations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) & business metrics.
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, patterns, & insights that can inform business strategy, sales efforts, & marketing campaigns.
- Draw actionable conclusions from data analysis & articulate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs, identify automation opportunities & provide data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to the development & customisation of the Zoho CRM system (if required).
