We’re partnering with a national automotive business to recruit a Marketing Manager for a hybrid role based in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and autonomous marketing team where your insights, ideas, and leadership will directly impact the growth of leading automotive franchises. With the support of in-house teams and external agencies, you'll lead innovative marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans tailored to each franchise. Analyse market, customer, competitor, and media insights to inform strategy. Collaborate with franchise GMs to meet lead generation and commercial targets. Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Oversee marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI. Represent your franchise at manufacturer meetings and maximise co-funded campaign opportunities. Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance by channel. Serve as the brand guardian for your franchise portfolio. Nurture relationships with third-party suppliers and stakeholders. What You’ll Bring A results-driven mindset with multi-channel marketing experience. Strong campaign management skills, from planning through to delivery. Commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement. Experience in the automotive sector (preferred but not essential). Why Join?
