Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Internal Communications Manager to join a strong, global business in Nottinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years internal communications experience preferably within a global or multi-site organisation.
The role is 4 days a week in the office, 1 working from home.
Responsibilities include:
• Collaborating on the development and execution of our internal communications strategy.
• Cultivating an organisational culture where two-way internal communication is at the core of our success, and where every team member is engaged in enhancing communication.
• Advocating the critical role of internal communication in our business and ensuring consistent brand usage.
• Continuously assessing the performance of our internal communications.
• Create and manage compelling, consistent, and engaging content for various communication channels.
• Implementing, developing, and overseeing internal communication activities and initiatives.
• Managing and moderating engagement on our internal HR platform.
• Drive a unified and authentic voice in all internal communications to reinforce our brand identity.
The role benefits from home working once a week and works closely with the Events Manager & the Head of Brand. There are also huge training & development opportunities with the firm.
