Proximity Recruitment is proud to partner exclusively with a forward-thinking and fast-scaling Hospitality & EPOS Technology business to find a strategic and commercially driven Head of Marketing. This pivotal leadership role offers the chance to shape and deliver the company’s go-to-market strategy across both UK and international markets.

We're looking for a proven marketing leader with hospitality technology or EPOS experience, ready to take ownership of a fast-growing function with a clear route to Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that fuels qualified leads and aligns with business growth plans
  • Take ownership of core marketing KPIs: MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROI
  • Drive marketing analytics, performance tracking, A/B testing, and CRO best practices
  • Oversee digital marketing performance, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns
  • Implement and optimise marketing automation tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, commercial, and service teams
  • Lead customer segmentation analysis to inform targeting strategies
  • Build and manage content marketing and thought leadership initiatives
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships within the hospitality technology sector
  • Report regularly to the board on marketing performance and strategy
  • Grow, mentor, and inspire a data-driven and high-performing team

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A strategic marketing leader with experience in hospitality technology or EPOS
  • Demonstrable success managing teams, scaling marketing efforts, and delivering measurable ROI
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience working at or reporting to board level
  • Hands-on experience with digital performance tools and marketing automation platforms
