Proximity provides a competitive percentage rate in addition to a candidate’s hourly/day rate to support our clients quickly & effectively.

Proximity’s fee structure has been created with the customer at its heart. The permanent fee will be a competitive percentage rate of the placed candidate’s first annual salary.

In this risk-free agreement, we require a 20% refundable deposit for this service; this commitment towards our partnership will result in Proximity prioritising your recruitment project over others. If the project is unsuccessful the deposit will be returned.
